The boys left for trek today. They are going to the grasslands up near Decatur. It's supposed to rain (thunderstorms tonight) most of the weekend. I neglected to tell them this information. I figured why ruin the surprise. ;) The boys were really excited about dressing up as pioneers (except for the hiking boots, of course). Jake even wore his complete ensemble to school today. haha I know they will have a good time. I am looking forward to picking them up Saturday evening and finding out all about their experiences. :)

How cute......I'm so proud of my nephews!!! They are such an example to me. I love their attitude and excitement. I hope that it doesn't rain at least until after their trip. I can't waite to hear all about their experience. Enjoy being with the girls. =) {{HUGS}}
What a wonderful experience. These treks teach the kids so much. Zach still talks about his own trek. I hope the boys had a great time. Those memories will last their lifetimes.
