Yesterday, I went to redbox and rented Twilight for Emma. Jake had a friend over and he and Josh hung out with him. Mike endured the movie with us girls. Emma was absolutely giddy with joy. Elaina thought it was very "romantic". Don't be mad at me, but I wasn't that impressed. It didn't match what was in my head. I won't go into specifics, but it wasn't something I am dying to see over and over again. I will willingly take Emma to the movie when New Moon comes out, but I'm not keeping my hopes up. I have really enjoyed the books, though. I haven't read this much in a long time! :)

Today, Mike finished the trailer. It looks really good. The boys got a haircut, finally. Jake has been wanting one for a couple of weeks, but timing hasn't worked out until now. Josh was avoiding getting his hair cut. He wants it long. I don't like it long. It doesn't look right to have him passing the sacrament with hair to his ear lobes. Emma was pressuring me to take her "out of this dreadful house" for a while, so we went and ran a few errands. When we got back, the boys had returned. Jake's hair looks really nice. I can't really tell a difference with Josh. He seems happy. I guess that's something. :)

I completely agree with you regarding the movie "Twilight". I was not impressed with the way the movie plot was portrayed. I couldn't stand the way the actors
"acted". It seemed as if they couldn't formulate a single sentence. Either that or they were constipated!!!! The books were so well written and completely captivating. I feel the movie was a major let down. However, I enjoy imagining the character of Edward with the actors face. He is a bit of a hottie. Despite my antagonism of the movie...I will definitely see the new movie. I am anxious to see how they morph the indian boys
into wolves. It could be really great. I'll check it out. Too bad we couldn't have a total girls day and go see it all together. That would be a blast.

How many of the books have you read? Which one is your favorite to date? I love the third installment. The chemistry between Edward and Jacob was awesome. The tent scene at the end of the book is my favorite where they answer each other's questions.

Ok...enough. Know how much I love and miss you. Kiss the kids for me!
